Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leveraging tools such as standardized assessment forms and clinical interviews.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches, to develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to create a coordinated care plan that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, effectively utilizing de-escalation techniques and active listening skills.

• Engage in community outreach and educational events to foster mental health awareness, participation in workshops, and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
