Our team drives the growth of Walmart Marketplace’s Fashion and Beauty sectors by establishing strategic partnerships with brands and sellers that enhance customer experience. Operating at the nexus of business development, strategy, and cross-functional execution, we focus on expanding product selection, accelerating category growth, and reinforcing Walmart’s market position. The team values collaboration, innovation, and long-term value creation for partners and customers. Members leverage skills in business development, strategic partnership, sales strategy, and account management to achieve business objectives and deliver impactful results.



What you'll do:

• Lead the execution of multiple business development plans by identifying customer and operational needs and aligning priorities to drive growth.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key accounts to support business objectives and maximize value.
• Oversee team performance through mentoring, coaching, and regular evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitor progress against goals, adjust plans as needed, and implement contingency strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Influence sales strategy and negotiate agreements to meet business requirements and procurement guidelines.

SOUTH GATE, California US-03180: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
