Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their mental health needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, ensuring clients gain strategies for improved coping and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring professional ethical standards in all interactions and records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in regular professional development workshops, case consultations, and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest industry research and methodologies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, empowering them to become active participants in their healing journeys.

• Utilize telehealth technology to maximize client engagement, ensuring that sessions are productive and impactful, while continuously seeking to improve the virtual therapeutic experience.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, trauma, and anxiety conditions. Qualifications\n

• Valid Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting a solid foundation in mental health principles.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist, demonstrating your professional commitment to the field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster trusting therapeutic relationships.
