Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based virtual therapy sessions for individual adult clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques suited to their specific needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow mental health counselors to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to assess therapeutic effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Provide timely access to care by managing your own schedule and responding promptly to client inquiries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in fostering self-awareness and developing coping strategies in clients, guiding them towards their goals in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Must hold a current, full license to practice independently in California, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• No limited/provisional licenses are permissible, and candidates should not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on client needs.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients in a virtual setting.
\n
• Proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems to facilitate telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a virtual care setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience working with diverse populations, including varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
