Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions through secure video conferencing tools, engaging with clients on topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that include pharmacological interventions as needed.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans based on functional improvements and goals.
\n
• Document clinical notes and treatment summaries in our advanced digital platform promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies, share insight, and support each other in challenging clinical scenarios.

You will work with a vast array of clients ranging from young adults to the elderly, many of whom may face significant emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n
