Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental and emotional health using established assessment tools and techniques to identify their specific needs and goals.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, leveraging evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients across diverse age groups, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen interpersonal relationships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and evolving needs, ensuring accountability and adaptation of therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and detailed histories, in a timely and compliant manner within electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic treatment approaches, enhancing overall client care and integrating services where necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
