Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our clients are typically stable and seeking support to enhance their well-being. Understanding the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients will be crucial in delivering effective care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active independent licensure in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong computer literacy and experience with telehealth platforms to facilitate effective remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
