Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress towards treatment goals, stability, and treatment modifications when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes related to each client's treatment journey.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate care pathways.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, ensuring an empathetic and supportive approach that encourages client engagement.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to discuss case management strategies and receive guidance on clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to clinical counseling, including but not limited to, Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families across varied demographics.

• Comfort and familiarity with conducting intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
