As a member of our clinic, you will have the flexibility to design your own schedule, with work hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. Our technological framework enables seamless communication and the use of digital tools essential for effective therapy and patient management.Key Responsibilities\n\n Oversee and deliver clinical care with a focus on individualized therapy approaches, ensuring each patient’s unique needs are met.\n Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open discussion and healing.\n Perform thorough psychological assessments, providing clear documentation in treatment logs, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.\n Administer interventions effectively during crisis situations, utilizing advanced clinical skills to guide patients and their families through challenging times.\n Regularly collaborate with patients and their families to create actionable mental health interventions and assess the effectiveness of these strategies.\n Engage in continuous evaluation of patient progress, developing renewed treatment plans based on evolving needs.\n Develop and deliver educational programs and support services that enhance understanding of mental health issues for patients and their families.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nYou will work with a broad spectrum of individuals with diverse psychological needs, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will involve forming trusting relationships with patients, understanding their experiences, and tailoring interventions that support their mental health journey. The clinic's outpatient framework enables you to cater to varying levels of need, ensuring comprehensive psychological care.Qualifications\n\n A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.\n Current licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.\n A minimum of two years of professional clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, effectively working with diverse populations.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Advanced skills in crisis intervention and experience with multi-disciplinary collaboration are highly desirable.\n Past experience providing therapy utilizing evidence-based practices would give candidates a significant advantage.\nCompensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus along with the potential for an extra $2,000 in performance-based bonuses depending on state licensure.
