Job Details Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 per year Location: San Francisco or New York City Workplace: In‑office 3‑4 days/week hybrid schedule Type: Full‑time Role Overview We’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead / Head of Growth to build the company’s demand engine from the ground up. It is a hands‑on role for someone who can create pipeline, build systems, sharpen messaging, and turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion. Responsibilities Own demand creation across signal‑based outbound, content, partnerships, founder/community distribution, referrals, and GTM systems. Build the outbound stack, define ICP/account targeting, write and test messaging, optimize conversion, and create dashboards to measure what is working. Develop and execute a full‑stack early GTM strategy: demand creation, signal‑based outbound, positioning, content, founder/community distribution, partnerships, referrals, conversion, attribution, and scaling systems. Qualifications Proven experience building growth from zero: founding marketer, GTM engineer, demand generation lead, or Head of Growth. Comfortable being both strategic and extremely hands‑on. Experience working directly with a CEO and founding team in a high‑growth environment.
