Head of Growth - Early Stage Web3 Collectibles Venture - Remote Arnold Ash Group are partnered with an innovative, exciting Web3 Collectibles Marketplace in their search for a Growth leader to join their expanding management team. The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and join a team of proven industry leaders and entrepreneurs at early stage. The role requires a growth-focused expert who is deeply plugged into Web3 and knows how to move whales, KOLs, and degen communities. The primary focus will be driving user growth from Web3-native audiences, especially high-value collectors and sports/gaming/gambling-focused crypto users, while also owning core growth fundamentals like funnel optimization, analytics, and performance oversight. Key Responsibilities: Own Web3 user acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract Web3 whales and sports/gaming Web3 users Court whales and KOLs: Build relationships with high-impact wallets, influencers, and community leaders across CT, Discord, and other Web3 hubs Run creator and community activations: Coordinate collabs, pack opens, giveaways, and exclusives with Web3 projects, creators, and communities Stay active in CT, Discord, and Web3 channels to promote CP organically Design “dark arts” programs: Create scrappy, Web3-native programs that feel native to the culture – VIP experiences, curated drops, private runs, and other incentives that resonate with whales and degen users Manage relationships from first contact through activation Coordinate assets and campaign needs with the marketing and design teams Own growth reporting and performance insights Run A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition and retention Make data-driven decisions; familiarity with on-chain tools is a plus Experience Required: Deep familiarity with Web3 culture – crypto Twitter, NFTs, degen communities, sports/gaming/gambling-adjacent ecosystems Experience working directly with Web3 creators, communities, or KOLs, ideally including high-value collectors or whales Existing relationships or strong access into Web3 circles, with the ability to open doors and get into the right rooms/chats Comfort representing a brand publicly in Web3 contexts (spaces, AMAs, events) when needed Compensation: United States $150,000–$180,000 per year (salary range may vary) #J-18808-Ljbffr Arnold Ash Group
