Overview We are a data transformation partner for private‑equity backed portfolio companies. We turn buried documents into clean, trusted data in the systems that run the business and help organizations adopt it. Our Work M&A data migration – consolidating contracts, customers, and billing across multiple acquisitions. ERP/CRM migrations – moving legacy data into NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Databricks when legacy data is not clean. Revenue operations and contract data – extracting pricing, terms, renewal dates, and entitlements from PDFs to correct invoicing and leakages. Back‑office and finance – automating expensive manual re‑typing of invoices, statements, and filings. Failed implementations – fixing systems integrator projects that did not deliver. How We Do It Extract data with production accuracy, citing page numbers on every value. Implement change management, involving stakeholders who own the data in the target system. Maintain auditability with a full trail on every value. Load data into production systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Databricks. Build software, automations, and agents that run better, bring measurable value, and position the company for exit. Embed engineers on‑site and in the customer's Slack to scope, deliver, and produce production change in four to eight weeks. Iterate and improve with every deployment, building a platform that compounds across companies. Case Studies Rebuilt a vendor‑inadequate systems‑integration for a sponsor‑backed software company, delivering near‑99% accurate contract data in Salesforce. Reconciled 20+ acquisitions for a services roll‑up, surfacing revenue that had been leaking. Automated the filing process for a regulated financial institution, cutting completion time from hours to minutes with traceable figures. Customers Private‑equity funds – over half of the top 20 funds already use our services. Portfolio companies – sweet spot revenue $50‑300 M, where sponsors can mandate the work. Key decision makers – operating partners, value‑creation teams, CFOs, CTOs, and deal teams. The Role Relationships. Build and maintain a network across private‑equity operating teams, value‑creation teams, EIRs, deal teams, and portfolio‑company executives. Turn conversations into customers such as portfolio companies with dirty contract data or stalled M&A integrations. Engagements. Optionally lead the work you bring in as engagement manager, scoping problems, aligning engineering, and owning outcomes. Commission reflects this choice. Building the Practice. Over time publish, speak, host dinners, help launch a podcast. Expand into new lines of business if desired. Responsibilities Develop a deep network across mid‑market and larger private‑equity funds and portfolio‑company executives. Conduct coffees, lunches, dinners, and introductions to identify opportunities. Turn conversations into tangible projects and sell the work to the right CFO, COO, or CTO. Leverage AI and data transformation experience to articulate the value of clean data. Help portfolio companies adopt new systems and processes, ensuring engagement duration of four to eight weeks. Track pipeline, revenue, and outcomes accurately, reflecting the business value of the data work. Qualifications Experience in private‑equity – on a deal team, operating team, or as a function in a portfolio company. Extensive network across mid‑market funds, larger funds, and portfolio‑company CFOs, COOs, and CIOs. Strong relationship‑building skills – enjoy coffee meetings and introductions. Hands‑on understanding of post‑acquisition data chaos, revenue ops, and manual back‑office processes. Interest in AI and a desire to see it used on real data within operating businesses. Motivation to own outcomes and focus on compensation that reflects growth. Professional, respectful conduct – limited to one reference to one's network per engagement.
