Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches that align with clients' specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Foster strong therapeutic relationships by collaborating with clients, ensuring their active involvement in the treatment process and monitoring their progress throughout therapy.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients navigating challenges such as time constraints, mobility issues, or geographic barriers.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that upholds ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client records.

• Participate in regular professional development activities to advance clinical competencies and stay abreast of emerging therapies and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adolescents and young adults, offering guidance and support tailored to their formative experiences and developmental stages. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Experience providing telehealth mental health therapy to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Comfort and capability using technology for virtual sessions and navigating various platforms, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional yet warm presentation.
\n
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways, and a willingness to undergo training in these methodologies.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) will be considered an asset.
