Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, identifying social determinants of health and establishing treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver focused one-on-one counseling sessions that address a broad array of mental health and psychosocial issues, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions where clients can discuss shared experiences and learn from one another, promoting support networks and psychoeducation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals while utilizing evidence-based interventions that reflect best practices in social work.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and coordinating emergency resources to ensure clients’ needs are met swiftly and effectively.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary services, assisting them in navigating healthcare systems and community resources effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, in accordance with legal and ethical standards to support ongoing care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
