The role of a Mental Health Therapist at Rising Hope is structured around a supportive remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a dedicated outpatient office presence. Our therapists typically work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, to facilitate healing and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring that all documentation meets HIPAA standards and reflects the ongoing progress and treatment journey of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care delivered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with adults and adolescents who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment issues. This diverse client population requires therapists to be flexible, empathetic, and culturally competent in their approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to meet unique backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
