Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—to address individual, couple, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues and fostering community engagement among patients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
