Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse clientele experiencing mental health issues, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and develop integrated care plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring continuity of care through access to linked services.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques as needed, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities, including those with limited access to mental health resources. You will work with clients experiencing various mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to more severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
