Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, taking into account subjective symptomology and individual circumstances.

• Design and implement culturally sensitive and family-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, including both individual and family counseling sessions.

• Utilize trauma-informed practices in all aspects of therapy, ensuring the comfort and safety of clients while addressing sensitive issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other clinical professionals to coordinate care and support for clients, including communication with referral sources and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active clinical license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) to practice in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
