Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions and, based on your specialization, facilitate family, marriage, or group counseling sessions.

• Document and maintain detailed client records while adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including medical doctors and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Inner Journey, you will primarily work with diverse client populations, including children, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
