Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and other clinical information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to co-create treatment plans that encompass the unique needs and circumstances of each individual.

• Coordinate referrals and communicate with external treatment providers to facilitate comprehensive care pathways for patients.

• Guide and mentor students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations to help elevate the proficiency of fellow team members in accordance with supervisory direction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $90,000 and going up to $105,000 annually.
