Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to guide the support provided to families.
\n
• Monitoring progress and outcomes in collaboration with your team to ensure effective service delivery.

• Providing essential support and resources to families aimed at promoting their child’s development.
\n
• Administering evidence-based interventions, utilizing a coaching model, and emphasizing natural learning environment practices.
\n
• Promoting a healthy and nurturing environment by building strong rapport with children, families, and colleagues.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Offering guidance to families on strategies that enhance their child’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children, particularly infants and toddlers who experience disabilities or developmental delays. You will be instrumental in empowering families, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to aid their child's growth. The children you assist are in a critical stage of development where timely interventions can lead to significant improvements in their learning and social integration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with an active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention contexts.

• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate travel for home visits as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple cases.

• Ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with families and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
