Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to trauma alerts and assess patients' conditions to determine the necessary interventions.
• Stabilize patients experiencing acute medical crises and implement immediate care protocols to prevent deterioration.
• Participate actively in resuscitation and emergency interventions during critical situations, demonstrating quick reflexes and strong clinical judgment.
• Coordinate with the trauma team to facilitate comprehensive care plans for trauma patients.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Assist with various invasive procedures, including wound management and intubation, under supervision.
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma recovery and post-care instructions.
• Oversee the transfer process of trauma patients to appropriate units or specialized facilities as required.
• Monitor and manage patients' pain levels while providing comfort measures.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care and improve patient outcomes.
• Uphold safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe care environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on critically injured patients requiring urgent medical attention. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant.

• At least two years of experience in emergency medicine or trauma care is required.
• Proficiency in trauma assessment and stabilization protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Previous employment in an emergency department or trauma unit is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
• Experience in conducting trauma-related procedures under supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
