Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations including detailed medical histories, physical assessments, and necessary diagnostic tests.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to aid in accurate diagnosis.
• Diagnose and treat diverse acute health conditions, crafting tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Manage and monitor the efficacy of prescribed medications, making necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote wellness and disease management.
• Maintain thorough and organized patient records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and the review of the latest healthcare practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Urgent Care department serves a diverse patient population. You will encounter a wide range of medical issues, from minor injuries to acute illnesses, requiring a versatile skill set. Qualifications

• A valid state Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and current DEA number are mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies is required, reflecting your advanced clinical training.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
