This position operates within a fully remote outpatient setting, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring consistent access to care for our clients. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, all while prioritizing a collegial atmosphere that values teamwork and mutual support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s mental health history and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records compliant with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and security for clients.

• Engage closely with your treatment team in regular case consultations, sharing insights and methodologies to enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and applicable treatment options, empowering them with resources and community support.

• Regularly update your knowledge of current research and methodologies in mental health to provide clients with the most effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
