Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address patient-specific goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the patient's journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, integrating physical fitness with rehabilitative techniques.
• Consult, educate, and empower patients and their caregivers on best practices for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical rotations or work experience in orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings.

Compensation and Benefits
