This leader willdesign, build, and scale a high-performing sales organization across regions, with a strong initial focus onEurope and the United States.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and directinvolvement in key enterprise deals. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and marketing teams totranslate Tec4medís technology into sustainable global revenue and EBITDA growth.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):Sales Strategy & Revenue OwnershipDefine and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectivesOwn global revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline healthEstablish scalable sales processes from lead qualification through contract closeDevelop pricing and commercial models for enterprise and mid-market customersGo-to-Market & Market ExpansionLead market entry and expansion strategies, particularly in the US marketIdentify priority verticals (pharma, biotech, CDMO/CRO, Animal Health, IVF, healthcare logistics)Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships where applicableWork with marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and demand generationSales Organization & LeadershipBuild, hire, and mentor a global sales team (BD, AE, regional leads)Define roles, KPIs, compensation structures, and incentive plansCreate a strong sales culture focused on accountability, execution, and customer valueAct as a coach and deal-closer for opportunitiesEnterprise Sales & Key AccountsPersonally lead or support strategic enterprise deals and local / global tendersBuild relationships with senior decision-makers at global pharma and healthcare organizationsNegotiate complex commercial agreements and long-term contractsEnsure customer expectations are aligned with product and delivery capabilitiesCross-Functional CollaborationAct as the commercial voice in product roadmap discussionsProvide structured market feedback to product and leadership teamsAlign sales, customer success, and operations for smooth onboarding and retentionEnsure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and sales analytics maturity to the C-LevelPeer-level collaboration with sister companiesí sales leadership, including Cryoport Systems,MVE, and CryoGeneDevelop and execute cross-company sales strategies to leverage complementary portfolios andshared customer basesCoordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, account strategies, and commercial positioning acrossgroup entitiesAlign sales activities to avoid channel conflicts and maximize group-wide revenue opportunitiesEnable knowledge sharing and best practices across sales organizations years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership roleProven track record of building and scaling international sales organizationsStrong experience selling complex B2B solutions (MedTech, IoT, SaaS, or regulated industries)Demonstrated success closing enterprise and multi-year contractsDeep understanding of pharma, biotech, medical devices, or healthcare logistics marketsExperience selling into regulated environments (FDA, GMP, GDP, MDR)Willingness to travel internationallyPreferredExperience scaling revenue from early-stage to growth-stageUS market entry and
