As a therapist at Pyramid Counseling Center, you will operate primarily within a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients, taking into account their cultural backgrounds and specific needs, to ensure a holistic approach to their care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patient progress and enhance the effectiveness of treatment protocols.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical information, adhering to regulatory standards and department policies.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and therapeutic approaches, adjusting strategies based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate with external treatment providers to ensure continuity of care for patients.

• Engage in educational opportunities by mentoring students, interns, and new team members to enhance their skills and integration into the therapeutic team.

• Collaborate with your clinical supervisor for peer reviews, chart audits, and professional development activities aimed at fostering team member growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
