Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is rendered when needed.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment strategy for patients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
