Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their needs and inform care strategies.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique circumstances of each family.

• Monitor and track progress to ensure effective outcomes as part of a cohesive team focused on early intervention.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children and their families to create a nurturing and trusting environment essential for learning.

• Develop coaching strategies and joint plans with families, utilizing evidence-based practices that support developmental milestones through Natural Learning Environment methods.
\n
• Deliver educational workshops and support to families on developmental enhancement techniques tailored to their child’s specific needs.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations throughout the evaluation and intervention processes.
\n
• Develop and recommend frequency of services based on ongoing assessment of child development and family priorities.
\n
• Educate families in natural environment practices that facilitate learning in daily routines.
\n
• Ensure that all standards for health and safety are met within the service delivery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting infants and toddlers who face developmental challenges within their critical early years. Our services aim to equip families with the necessary skills and resources to promote their child's growth in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families, providing them with both therapeutic and practical interventions fundamental to their child's early years.
