Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.

• Facilitate individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods and cultural competencies.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, provide support, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans through electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, using strong interpersonal skills and a calm demeanor.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMHC, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a broad range of mental health issues.

• Proven ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches and culturally responsive therapy techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and a genuine ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and a proficiency in modern computer applications essential for therapy management.

• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting group therapy sessions in addition to individual therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated expertise in specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
