Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain meaningful, trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe and welcoming space for discussions on their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth in a school setting, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and academic challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to counseling that respects and understands their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required for this role.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory.

• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) is also acceptable.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Social Worker, with five (5) years preferred, demonstrating strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client records and documentation effectively.
