Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, creating strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and professional boundaries.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is necessary.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and relevant electronic health record management systems.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly to individuals and families.

• Ability to effectively conduct intake assessments, guiding the trajectory of client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model provides guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
