This position is set in a fully remote work environment, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while focusing on delivering high-quality care. As a vital member of our detox center team, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare providers, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery. Communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems will anchor your interactions with clients and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based treatment plans for clients suffering from major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Engage actively with teams to enhance collaboration and achieve shared treatment objectives, fostering a supportive environment.

• Participate in emergency intervention efforts and provide crisis management as needed.

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans in consultation with clients, family members, and other providers to ensure a responsive approach to each client’s evolving needs.

• Produce detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Maintain a proactive approach in identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions within the detox environment, contributing to the overall safety of our clients.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in relevant committees and providing insights based on client feedback and outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing serious mental health challenges, including those undergoing detoxification from substances. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation from the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
