Position Overview

Trigger Physical Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance the quality of life for our clients in Jackson, New Jersey. This full-time position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population in an onsite rehabilitation facility where you will play a critical role in the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of movement disorders.

Work Environment

You will be working in a modern rehabilitation facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources aimed at optimizing patient outcomes. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering top-notch care to your patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including evaluating their movement capabilities, strength, and function. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Manage a patient load efficiently, averaging one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives focused, high-quality therapy tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and assess the efficacy of treatments regularly, modifying plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and billing in adherence with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Our clinic serves a varied patient demographic, comprising individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a commitment to continuing education in emerging therapy interventions.
• The ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative team member.

Compensation and Benefits
