Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to establish individualized treatment plans based on their unique conditions, needs, and goals.
• Perform regular assessments to measure patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, provide effective pain management strategies, and promote self-management techniques.
• Ensure clinical documentation is thorough, timely, and maintains accuracy in recording assessments and treatments provided.
• Comply with all policies concerning patient rights and confidentiality, ensuring a secure and respectful environment.
• Engage in continuous performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall quality of care at the clinic.
• Participate in mandatory in-services to stay updated on best practices and compliance with the latest regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required.

Compensation and Benefits
