Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical function and needs of patients, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques in the treatment of patients with diverse needs, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Exemplify exemplary patient care by maintaining open lines of communication, educating patients and their families on treatment protocols, and fostering a healing environment.
• Engage actively in a team-oriented approach, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly, ensuring compliance with the physician's directive and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions in both clinic settings and the patient's home, employing techniques that align with the patient's individualized care plan.
• Support the overarching business objectives by meeting utilization goals and contributing to initiatives that enhance clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including children, adults, and seniors, who seek rehabilitation following injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Our focus on personalized care allows you to form meaningful relationships, better understand their unique challenges, and help them regain their independence. Qualifications

• Accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as mandated by the state regulatory body.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in various therapeutic interventions.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of fostering clear dialogue with patients, families, and interprofessional teams.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
