Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual treatment needs and personal recovery goals for patients entering our substance use disorder program.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual counseling sessions, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet each patient's unique circumstances.

• Lead group therapy sessions that foster mutual support and shared learning among participants working towards sobriety.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s wellbeing.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance for patients facing substance-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding the intricacies of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and local community resources available to aid recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards and utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience, and offers performance-based bonuses as well. A sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates.
