Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pyramid Care Consultants, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with trauma injury patients to facilitate their emotional recovery, providing a safe space for them to articulate their concerns.

• Educating patients and their families on stress management and coping mechanisms influenced by trauma experiences.

• Providing resources and referrals to enhance patients' support systems and help them attain personal goals.

• Collaborating with social services, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Participating in continuous professional development to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay current with industry practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on patients facing the aftermath of trauma injuries, which may include a range of psychological conditions stemming from accidents, grief, and interpersonal violence. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
