Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Implement evidence-based therapy services for individuals, groups, and families, effectively using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in active collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and cohesive care experience for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and appropriate resources.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Royal Health and Wellness Center, our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. Our focus includes, but is not limited to, clients dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and complex interpersonal issues.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and develop trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to ensure timely and accurate documentation and patient records.
