Work Environment

The typical work schedule includes shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Community outreach activities during weekends may also be part of the role, fostering deeper connections with the populations we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, ensuring personalized care plans are developed based on individual health needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, offering preventive care and health promotion activities tailored to patient demographics.
• Collaborate with community organizations to establish and execute health education programs aimed at improving public health awareness and access to services.
• Provide culturally sensitive care practices, advocating for patients' rights and their access to necessary healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care, ensuring continuing treatment and support for patients beyond clinic visits.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
