The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite at our modern outpatient office in North Greece, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and thorough health assessments on patients to identify healthcare needs.

• Prescribe medications judiciously, utilizing evidence-based guidelines to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Administer immunizations and vaccinations according to established protocols to protect patient populations.
• Provide tailored counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications, enhancing patient engagement.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging to aid in effective decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role entails care for patients of all ages, spanning from pediatric to geriatric populations. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid and active Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
