Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient screenings, including detailed health histories and physical examinations to assess immediate and long-term health needs.

• Analyze diagnostic test data and assess the need for follow-up appointments, referrals, and further treatment options based on clinical findings.

• Act as a valuable resource for patients, providing ongoing care information, educational materials, and counseling to those with chronic or critical conditions.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner certification in Family Medicine.

• A minimum of two years of nursing experience, specifically in a family medicine or primary care setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000 annually.
