Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for patients with cardiovascular concerns, utilizing advanced clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to guide your evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic cardiology conditions, integrating lifestyle interventions and preventive measures into your care plans to enhance patient outcomes.
• Establish strong interprofessional relationships by collaborating with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient management.
• Promote health education and awareness by developing tailored programs targeted at specific populations, particularly focusing on those at risk for heart disease.
• Diligently document all patient interactions and care processes in compliance with pertinent regulatory standards to maintain accurate health records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population of patients needing specialized cardiology care, ranging from the young adult to the elderly. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
