Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments by recording detailed medical histories and evaluating symptoms to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and monitor patients for any signs of illness or injury.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address a patient's specific health needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, providing critical insights into patient conditions.
• Diagnose various pediatric health issues and decide on suitable treatment strategies.
• Administer medications and therapies, consistently monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Guide and educate parents on effective health management strategies and prevention practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license in New York.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
