Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite at our hospital, where you will engage directly with patients in various settings, including acute care, emergency, and perioperative environments. The role operates primarily Monday to Friday with a 5:00 PM shift, ensuring a structured yet dynamic workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review comprehensive medical records to establish patient health status.
• Order, perform, and analyze diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging studies, to accurately diagnose health conditions.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic health issues within the family medicine scope.
• Create individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic conditions, ensuring optimal management and follow-ups.
• Prescribe medications, monitor treatment efficacy, and adjust plans as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Educate patients and families about diseases, treatment options, and preventive health strategies, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Participate in daily rounds, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in primary care and integrate new knowledge into practice to improve treatment methodologies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution.
• Current certification as a PA through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

• Proven track record as a Physician Assistant in a family health clinic or comparable healthcare setting.
• Strong foundation in various healthcare areas with a specialization in family medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 160,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
