Work Environment

The Physician Assistant position is located onsite at our busy urgent care facility, which is part of a larger hospital network dedicated to excellence in medical care. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, with a commitment to 40 hours a week starting at 5:00 PM, making it ideal for both work-life balance and dedicated patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including thorough physical examinations and detailed medical history reviews to identify health concerns accurately.
• Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests such as laboratory work and imaging studies (e.g., X-rays), integrating findings into patient care plans.
• Diagnose a variety of acute illnesses and health issues, developing immediate treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Formulate and implement long-term management plans for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Prescribe medications and treatment regimens based on current medical guidelines, ensuring patients understand their medication plans.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to support proactive health management.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
