Work Environment

The role is onsite at our advanced medical spa facility, where the priority is maintaining a tranquil and professional atmosphere for both patients and staff. In this collaborative environment, you will work closely with dermatologists, skincare specialists, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient experiences. With cutting-edge equipment including Diode Lasers for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP, micro-needling, and chemical peels, you will have the tools necessary to succeed in providing outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, ensuring patient satisfaction through precise technique and attention to detail.
• Engage in thorough follow-up with patients to maintain retention rates, including offering support post-treatment and addressing any patient concerns.
• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend suitable retail products to optimize home skincare regimens, fostering patient loyalty to our brand.
• Meticulously chart and document all patient interactions and procedures in electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and compliant patient files.
• Educate patients on skincare and treatment options, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure informed decision-making.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering strictly to infection control protocols and facility policies.
• Stay informed on federal, state, and local regulations and ensure compliance through ongoing education and policy review.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge of the aesthetic industry.
• Demonstrate accountability for patient outcomes and exemplify brand loyalty as a collaborative team member.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working closely with diverse patient demographics seeking aesthetic solutions for skin imperfections, including acne treatments and other dermatological procedures. Your approach will focus on empathy, active listening, and understanding each patient's individual concerns and goals, contributing significantly to improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in an aesthetic medicine or dermatology setting.
• Current Physician Assistant licensure in good standing, with any necessary state compliance.
• Warm, professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills to facilitate patient interactions effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with EMR systems is desirable, with at least one year of operational familiarity.
• Advanced certifications, such as Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C, are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
