Key Responsibilities

• Provide thorough medical assessments and treatments for dermatologic conditions, performing tasks delegated by the supervising physician.
• Document all patient interactions diligently in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with company policies and facilitating collaborative care.
• Develop treatment plans in coordination with the supervising physician while actively monitoring patient progress.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to clinical methods and procedures based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards according to the highest professional guidelines.
• Support clinical staff in understanding and adhering to organizational policies and assist in resolving operational challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain relevant medical affiliations to enhance personal and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
