Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our well-equipped hospital facility in Rochester, NY, known for its advanced technologies and patient-first approach. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and administrative personnel, who collaborate to ensure seamless patient experiences. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a stable daytime workload conducive to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients presenting with various dermatological conditions and order necessary lab tests to assist in diagnosis.
• Document all clinical interactions, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering strictly to the clinic's protocols.
• Administer dermatological procedures, such as injections, mole removals, and suturing, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in all patient interactions and procedural tasks.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options, self-care routines, and preventative measures to promote healthy skin.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Provide feedback to the Medical Director regarding operational or clinical improvements for enhancing patient care.
• Adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Skin Elixir Clinic, you will interact with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to seniors, presenting with various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and cosmetic concerns. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using various electronic medical record systems and a solid understanding of healthcare software is required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while making sound clinical decisions.

Compensation and Benefits
