Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being and to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual and couples therapy, addressing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Regularly review and modify treatment approaches based on clients’ evolving needs, ensuring they receive the most effective support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and coordinate support for clients.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, providing immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques in marriage and family therapy to refine your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
